Scored a wheelchair accessible room that had all the facilities I needed - even had a fridge and kettle like I hoped for. 🙌 the spot of this place was excellent, right by the center.

Lovely hotel, marvellous location close to the centre and very welcoming staff. Good sized rooms provided with a fridge, all the facilities. Clean pool, parking nearby. Late check-out. Location short walk to Mexico, the center and the bus station. Nice bar area.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities like AC, a refrigerator, and free coffee. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the center, and the staff treated us with warmth and kindness.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.

Convenient Location: This place is so close to the bus station, the city center, and all the action in town 🚌🏙️. It's just a few steps away from everything, making it super easy to get around and explore.

The hotel was a super base for enjoying a secure area, really close to the center. the staff was amiable, creating a family atmosphere. - the family room with all the facilities, including a kettle and a fridge, accommodated us perfectly.

As women traveling alone, we loved the spacious room, friendly couple who run the place, and the helpful staff. the amenities, such as air conditioning, WiFi, and tea/coffee making facilities, were excellent. the hosts even did our laundry for free and booked a boat tour for us. the peaceful garden area with BBQ facilities was a great bonus.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice air con that worked well. There was also access to free water and kitchen facilities, which was convenient. The location was reasonably close to nice cafes and the public swimming area, making it easy to explore the area.

The room was not well soundproofed, especially for early sleepers like us. Our room was next to the communal area, so we couldn't sleep until others had gone to bed, which was a bit frustrating.

The rooms are spacious and cozy, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the hosts are welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the common kitchen is a great place to interact with other travelers and the outdoor area with hammocks is perfect for relaxation. the fast wifi and amenities like a microwave and TV add to the comfort of the rooms.

One drawback is that breakfast availability may be inconsistent or slow to be served.

Our stay at Zayali Bacalar - Guest House & Hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The wifi was fast, allowing us to stream movies on Netflix. The bathroom was clean and the shower was large. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home. They even invited us to their BBQ party! The location was great, just a few blocks away from the laguna and the main avenue with restaurants. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Zayali Bacalar - Guest House & Hotel.

I had an very nice stay at this charming guest house. the owners, Juanita and Manuel, made me feel like part of their family. They even shared homemade tapas and fascinating Maya stories with me. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and I loved sitting at the bar while watching other guests cook. The garden was beautifully landscaped with plenty of sunbeds and hammocks, and the pool was a refreshing oasis on hot days. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this guest house.
